all righty then! well i have lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks. that's nothing to sniff at considering i NEVER see the scale move no matter what i do. i am seeing changes in my body. boy i wish i'd remember to get a tape and measure myself! lol i may have to use ribbon and then lay it on the yard stick. i might do that today. just my hips and waist. i did wear a tank with a shirt over it and i was not as self conscious as i usually am and noticed the belly was not as prominate. i have been active beyond belief outside working, even when i'm in i keep moving. you would think the pounds would just fly right off considering how easy it is to get them on.  i have more energy and i feel good. i haven't had the IBS sinced i started and my blood sugar has been fine! yipee.i have still been eating my big bowl of popcorn, no butter, at night so i think i will cut it out or go to a small bowl. it's more habit than hunger. it's like my coffee sitting here. it's what i do. coffee in the a.m. and popcorn in the p.m.  i have cut down to 2 cups of coffee but i use my fat free vanillia creamer. i mean i still wanna LIVE LIFE SOME! LOL

so that's monday. i'll check in later in the week. no weight loss to report but i did weigh an extra day last week and posted it on here soooooooooooo.
