It's been a long time since I've had such a great weekend!

On Friday afternoon, we met with the high risk OB for our ultrasound. We couldn't have asked for better results. This baby is as healthy as healthy can be. Has a perfect 3 vessel cord (Lulu, my 18 month old, had a 2 vessel cord and lots of scares), and the blood is flowing through the cord just perfectly. And, it's a BOY!!!! I knew it all along! :) I'm looking forward to having another little boy in the house. My boys are the sweetest. :) If you want to see some u/s pictures, you can go here: We got a regular 2D u/s and they switched over to the 3D/4D u/s, so there are some pretty cool pictures on there.

On Saturday, we were finally able to go buy a washer. (Thank you, stimulus payment!!) It's nice not having to wash clothes in the bathtub anymore! ;)

Saturday night, hubby and I *finally* got a date night!! We went out for a very nice steak dinner, then headed to the local movie theatre to see Narnia: Prince Caspian. It was a very good movie, but I'm quite glad we didn't take the kids. Some of the new "creatures" were pretty scary, and the movie was so dark compared to the first one. But, it was nice for hubby and  I to get out by ourselves. That doesn't happen often enough!

Sunday marked 10 years since my daddy passed away. I still miss him every day. I see so much of him in all of my kids. I just wish he were here to see them. Also on Sunday, my daughter, Ashley, and I were baptized in a local creek. What a truly awesome experience that was!! You can see pictures here: What a great way to bring something special, and something good to the anniversary of Daddy's death.

So, all in all, it was an AWESOME weekend. Now I'm pooped and need to recover, but I am still grinning ear to ear from everything that happend the past few days.

Thanks for reading!
