. . . ♥ Hi Girlies!
I was interviewed last week by a wonderful Health reporter, JoNel Aleccia that was doing a report on Bunk Bed safety for MSNBC.com. Please stop by to read this report. Especially if you may be considering purchasing Bunk Beds or already own a set. She even has a link to CafeMom! Also please “Rate Story“ at the bottom, so more parents can see this study! Thank You so much! http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/24895552/
Hugs, Tiera ♥. . .

Awesome story! We use the same rules - when kids come over to play, bedrooms are OFF LIMITS!

My boys had bunk bedswhen they were younger, with 4 boys it saves room. I had strict rules. Thankfully no accidents ever happened. Great story Tiera, your boys are so cute.

My siblings and I grew up in a bunk bed. We had fun times using it...me, my sister and my brother...so I'd love to buy one for my son but I have read a post in one of the groups here in CM about bunkbeds that I decided to wait a little bit until my baby reaches the right age which I am not sure what RIGHT age it is lol. I will go now and check the link you provided. You and your family are now so famous now! lol

my boys have bunkbeds in their room too...a real lifesaver as far as space goes. Now my oldest (who sleeps on top) has fallen off twice in his sleep. Even with a safety bar on it...go figure!! But otherwise no major issues. Just gotta do what you said in the article. make sure they are sturdy and set rules. No horseplay!!

We had bunk beds for the boys when they were younger....with very strict rules attached. With 4 boys we never had ANY injuries.

My boys have bunk beds, but they're not put up. We have them seperate, one because they came over on Noah's ark (yes, they're old), and two because they came over on Noah's ark and I"m scared of them, because even though they're made out of great wood (when furniture was real), I still don't know if they would withstand my boys and I don't want to find out the hard way. I was always scared if we left them as bunks and they fell, my little guy would be on the bottom and get hurt bad, not to mention the one on top who would also get hurt in the process. Still it's up to the parents to make that decision. I know kids love them too. I never had any growing up but my brothers did. I always thought they were cool too!
Tiera, your boys are just too cute!! Great picture!
Love, Tammy
