Ok enough of this lazyness!!!! Since my last weigh in I've gained 3 pounds! Ugh I need to get my ass back in gear.

Goals for this month

  • Drink at least 4 bottles of water EVERYDAY
  • No eating after supper EVERYDAY
  • Exercise EVERYDAY

Weight: 169lbs *barf*

Measurments (inches): Bust - 40.5, Waist - 43, Hips - 42, Thigh - 23

I will update daily, Hopefully that will give me motivation to do good! Wish me luck.

Hmmm I see a pattern here... I have a bit of a chest cold so working out has been hard, hopefully its better today (wed). And it is so hard to not eat after supper!! ugh

Woo hoo! Still don't feel that great but I worked out more than I did the other days, and I finally ignored my urge to eat after supper! I just chugged water and that helped. lol

I went for an hour long walk today! And jogged almost 1/4 of it! I am feeling much better.
