Here are three kinds of kindness we all practice:

Inner Kindness (self-care and wellness) - kindness towards the self through positive health choices, empowering thoughts, and self-appreciation.

Outer Kindness (communication skills) - kindness towards family, friends, co-workers, in all social situations. The power of performing "Random Acts of Kindness" can start a kindness revolution in your home and community.

Global Kindness (respecting all of life) - kindness towards our planet, nature, and all living things.


Acts of kindness is what the group Mothers Creating Change is all about. Acts of kindness create positive energy in any situation to all involved. Kindness is how we positively change the world. Make your pledge to do one act of kindness per week and be a mother creating change!

I just love you, Barbara Ann!  You give me just that little added nudge that I need to be a little better every day, to spread just a little more love, make a little more happiness, sprinkle a little more peace in all the places that I am as I do what I do.
