I live in a predominantly black neighborhood. Now, it's not ghetto by any means, there's just a lot of black and hispanic people. Now, any time I drive anywhere in the car, the people here look at me like I'm doing something wrong. I can be driving in the parking lot, or driving down the street. But they always look at me like I'm doing something wrong. I don't get it! Is it a cultural thing? Like, since I'm white I owe them something? Or is it something else? I've never experienced something like this before, so I'd really like to know!
