well today i'm feeling a little freelance, so i've not been keeping track of the times. but i'm having a great day, moving quite effortlessly from one thing to the next, based on what my body and mind and spirit want to do.

so far for food i've had....
lemon water
breakfast - chicken, rice, winter squash, peas, applesauce, holy tea.
snack - plain sun chips and detox tea
lunch - big tossed salad (lettuce, spinach, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers and two boiled eggs cut up and tossed in.)
snack - banana
dinner - leftover casserole from last night's dinner with friends - chicken, rice, green beans, stuffing and i also had winter squash, applesauce and holy tea.
snack - 2 chocolate chip muffins. i should have only had 1, but i had 2.

for exercise i...
*did stretches and knee exercises
*went for a walk
*mowed part of the lawn (it's big) with the push mower (it's self propelled but still a workout!)
*mowed some more of the lawn
*went for another walk

more healthy stuff
*salt and meditate (twice)
*just salt (twice)
*sat in the sun and FINISHED silver's lure (it was an awesome fantasy/romance written by my friend and a fellow cafemomer. It was a page-turner and well-written. I HIGHLY recommend it!)

*made laundry soap with levi
*listened to levi tell me all about the game he's playing
*gave levi a placement test in preparation for his standardized end of the year test
*of course, tidied the house
*washed and hung out to dry all bedding
*talked to audie, my sister and another friend on the phone
*spent time on the internet
*watched an episode of Smallville with audie and levi

Looks like you're making more progress if you don't need to keep track of your time.  Fantastic!  Look how much you did and how well you ate without the clock.  You did this all by listening to your body and trusting your instincts.  That is amazing!
