Ok so here is the deal with me. I am getting married in just a little over three months. I haven't lost any of my baby weight. I have already bought my dress and it was tight because I thought I could lose the weight by wedding time. Well here is the problem I haven't and I am sure I have packed on some more weight. I have cut back on my food no more sodas or junk food. I do soft ball two times a week but that isn't enough. I would love to be able to work out but I don't have the time with my work hours all weird. And then the days I have off I have my two other boys and they make it hard to get anything done. So I would love for some kind of ideas on what to do.

try doing something with them depending on there age....biking or just being outside you are bound to burn of the extra calories....GOOD LUCK

Jun. 2, 2008 at 10:52 PM heres an idea. you could present your situation to your primary health doctor and see how he feels about allowing you to get on a fda approved weight loss drug called XENICAL. im in a similar situation like you i am getting married in nov. and have to loose 15 lbs to fit into my dress that i already purchased before i got prego. but i already had been on the weight loss drug and stopped cause i wanted to concieve and just kept filling my scripts to stock pile my secret weight loss friend. only thing is you cant take it if you are BFing. AND if your primary refuses to write you a script or your insurance wont cover it, they do sell it over the counter its called ALLI. only difference in the OTC version is it is half the dose of the perscription streghnth one. belive me it works i lost 130lbs in just over a year and a half on this stuff!!! its like a mericle drug.  the healthier you eat the more fat you burn. i absolutly have to mention that i DID NOT work out to loose all that weight just a major lifestyle eating change. but beware that after you go off of it you will gain some weight back unless you work out. please just think about it. it could really help you out.   good luck hope your wedding is extra special!!!

All the weights, benches, treadmill, stair-stepper...etc. I am flexible and could use a work out buddy....so just to let you know, the Scarry gym is an option for you! Also walking REALLY does more than you think....let me know if you are interested.
