I don't know the origin of my name but it means gentle spirit or whitephantom.

Jun. 2, 2008 at 11:04 PM I am guessing that it means gentle Spirit.  Every Jennifer I have dealt with has been closer to a Gentle Spirit than a Whitephantom.  Truth to tell Jennifer is on the short list at our house if the new baby is a girl.Jazzymom190

I have a great name book. Look at it often - The Name Book by Dorothy Astoria.

Origin: Welsh; Inherent meaning: white, fair; Spiritual Connotation: Trusting

And a scripture verse listed: Psalm 28:7 The Lord is my strength and my shield, my heart trusted in Him, and I am helped... With my song I will praise Him.
