(Weekly Challenge)



  • Breakfast- 3 egg omlette w/asparagus, onion, tomato and spinach.
  • Lunch- Fat-Free Cheese Stick and Leftover Tortilla Soup
  • Snack- Snack-Sized Tuna Fish and Handful of Almonds
  • Dinner- Mongolian Beef w/Asian Style Rice
  • Drinks- At LEAST 2liters of water (probably more, 2 glasses of skim milk, 1 decaf iced coffee w/splenda and skim milk.
  • Exercise- Walked 2+ miles w/mom wearing baby.

Tuesday 6/3:

  • Breakfast- Oatmeal w/bananas and sugar free vanilla flavoring.
  • Lunch- Forgot to eat :(
  • Snack- Carrots
  • Dinner- Skillet Lasagna
  • Drinks- 3+ liters of water, 1 cup of coffee w/skim milk and splenda and one glass of skim milk.
  • Exercise- Walked 3 miles wearing baby. Did 50 wall push-ups wearing baby. 30 squats wearing baby. 50 crunches.

Wednesday 6/4:

  • Breakfast- Oatmeal w/vanilla extract & banana/ff milk shake
  • Lunch- Spicy Baked Salmon & Asparagus
  • Snack- Tea
  • Dinner- Salad w/sauteed veggies
  • Drinks- 5-6 12oz glasses of water, English Breakfast tea w/milk and splenda, 1 glass of milk
  • Exercise- NBHM Mini Challenge + 20 Minutes Tae Bo

Thursday 6/5:

  • Breakfast- FF/Sugar Free Yogurt w/bananas, strawberrys and splenda.
  • Lunch- Leftover Skillet Lasagna
  • Snack- Tofu Jerky (eww)
  • Dinner- Turkey Burger and Fries
  • Drinks- 1/2 Diet Soda and about 3 liters of Water.
  • Exercise- NBHM Mini Challenge +30Minutes of Tae Bo (plus shopping!)

Friday 6/6:

  • Breakfast- Kashi Puff Cereal w/Bananas
  • Lunch- "Hibachi" Recipe: Steak, Onions & Bean Sprouts
  • Snack- N/A
  • Dinner- Sushi w/Brown Rice, Tomato and Mozzerella Salad, Cherries & 1 Cookie (at the movie)
  • Drinks- 1/2 Diet Soda, 1-2 Liters of Water, 1 Sparkling Water, 1 Italian Soda w/sugar free syrup,
  • Exercise- NBHM Mini Challenge + Walked to the grocery store
Total Weight Loss 6/2-6/6- 8LBS!
