i know this is stupid but...

so i just finished my clinical hours for my certified nursing assistant class and now today at ten i have to go in for another interview.  they interviewed me before i took the class now i have to do it again.  not only that bu after i get hired i have to do 3 days of oreintation  i just did 3 weeks of clinicals im pretty orientated. this is not the first time ive worked in a nursing home. i know they have to document these hours and they are paid but i still think its a little repetitive

Apr. 4, 2007 at 12:49 AM the only thing I can say is make sure you take care of the people you are assigned to.My grandmather is in a nursing home and I put my strenght in you guys to make her life the best it came be in the state she is right now. Please understand that there are people out ther who have someone who they love dearly who doesn't remember them. with love sarah yoh!

Apr. 4, 2007 at 8:58 AM i agree my mom is an lpn and has worked in long term care facilities my whole life ive always know thats where i want to be and my mother has always told me residents come first when i walk into work im walking into their home and i know that i treat them the way i would want to be treated they come first every time just like your own children i was just sayingthroughout my classes and clinicals ive been there for like 6 weeks and i am more than ready to get down to business but they have to put u with someone per corporate which i found a lil repetitive thats all
