Okay so This is the first day of my food and exercise journal. I'm starting to track things and do more things. I'm a part of a great group called New Baby, Hot Mommy....you should check it out, just do a search for it. So here it goes!

 FOOD
3 12oz cans of Coke
1 1/2 Chicken Tenders
A cup of Hash Brown Casserole
12oz of ice water
*cringe...this is the bad part*
2 double cheeseburgers and a large fry
4oz of wine
10oz of whole milk

EXERCISE
20 jumping jacks
5 girly pushups

Okay so actually publishing what I ate today puts it a bit more into perspective. I'm a SAHM with really no responsibilities other than taking care of my almost 1 y/o daughter and doing my online school work. So I really don't do a whole lot of anything, and haven't for quite a while so this is so much harder for me. I have to say thank you to all my mommas in NBHM...I really appreciate all the support I'm getting and I'm really enjoying getting to know other mommies in my same situation.

Side note, I know the amount of soda is a bit much but I can tell you that I normally have twice that amount so for me to have only had three (and I may be miscounting, it could've only been two) that is a huge deal for me.

 

So there it is.
