Now I mean business. I can't find a single outfit that I feel comfortable in anymore. I haven't lost a pound in a month. I even gained a few back. I'm so pissed at myself.

But no more.

I'm back to counting points tomorrow. Why tomorrow? Because I blew it on breakfast already. 

I'm going to start working out again. Or at least walking 3 times a week.

And I'm beginning to think my baby belly is never going to go away.

This morning I feel so fat. Maybe if I slept more I'd feel better about things. 

I'm done fucking around.

It's on...

The only way to loose your baby Belly is with working out....nothing else does the trick....no wonder pill....no diet....no corset or something thight that you wear around it takes it away. You have to build muscles under there and burn some calories 3-5 times a week 30 min per session. You have to tone your lower Body.........that's the only way to get more happy about it! you can do this!!!! you go girl!!!!
