A friend just called me and told me that Charles Gibson is doing a story on food coloring and artificial flavors and the health (and behavioral) problems are kids are having. It's on at 6:30 PST.

My sister found that Red 5 makes her son hyper.

I like to give him some red kool-aid when he comes to visit...kicks in right when they leave!!!!

I have gotten rid of red dye for cameron and its truly amazing the difference just that has made. But he is still throwing big fits and has no response to being punished and goes right back to repeat the offense! I need to get the full list. That book is sooo expensive for our budget right now with just moving! I wonder if the library carries it. We need to get info. I got organic peanut butter cause i heard the regular can cause problems. I know my mom said when my sister had these issues when she was younger she couldnt have msg. So im trying to cut that out too. We need to know options for when we go out more than anything!

So glad the diet is working for y'all! I will definitely watch tonite!

We have the yellow packets in my house for my husbands coffee,,but he has stopped using it since we started on the feingold program. Now, I have no idea what to do with it!!! And I have stopped drinking Diet Coke. I used to have one a week, then I thought, if I am only having one, why poison myself!! So, if I have the urge for a soda.. sprite. At least there is no aspartame and artificial coloring! The better choice of the evils!!!
