I've really been thinking long and hard about my business and also about my friends in here. I was trying to figure out a way that I could make cosmetics more affordable for my Gals who simply can't squeeze a lot of money out of their food or household budgets. So, here's what I've come up with.

I'm going to start offering refill bags of foundation (equivalent to a 20 gram jar) for $10. Also, I'm going to make the Full Size Starter Kit available for $29.95. That will include 2-10 gram jars of foundation, 10 gram blush, 10 gram Veil, 5 gram liner, 5 gram shadow and a King Kabuki Brush.

We women are always the ones who have to give up OUR little extras to make sure the house is taken care of FIRST. I still do that to this day!  We are the backbone of our families and we DESERVE to have nice little perks for ourselves too! Lately, with the economy in such turmoil, it's been extremely stressful on everyone. For me, my cosmetics were more of a necessity than a luxury. They perked my moods and made me feel good about ME. Hopefully, with the new pricing in place, we can at least make mineral makeup affordable for all women. :-)

I love you Girls....

Jun. 3, 2008 at 2:01 PM Woo Hoo!!! Oh yes Laurie, I have to agree with you on the necessity thing. Even if it is to cover up those worry bumps (zits) shhhh! Then so be it. If you don't feel confident, then you won't BE confident! That is how I have always felt. And what better way to do it with.....than with your make-up, which is the best, I must say!!!!! I think that the refill thing is an awesome idea. It is best for everyone! What a great business woman you are. Quite savy I must say!!!!!

We may be poor and miserable, but dammit we can still look good!!!LOL! Keep up the good work! I wish I wore more make-up, but I think I burned out when I was younger. Now it's just mascara, blush and when I'm feeling frisky, eyeshadow! When we get that Corvette done, you can bet I'll order some eyeshadows from you!!! I'm feeling frisky now that the warm weather is here!! talk to ya later, sarah
