A friend of mine suggested that I take 15 min & totally concentrate on getting one thing accomplished! I am so proud of myself.  It has taken over a week, but I can almost see me office again : )

Day by day, the loss still consumes me, but Im able to get up & actually concentrate on one thing for 15 min now! I know it sounds crazy, but I actually feel much better about myself  : )  It is by the grace of God that I am actually able to move forward : )

I can completely relate to this!!!!  I remember when my H first left, I couldn't even watch TV or listen to the radio when I was driving.  I would be on the phone with people at work & the whole time I was thinking.... is this guy kidding me?  Who cares about his problems!!  My whole life just got turned upside down!

Now that you have been able to concentrate more, it will continue to get better!  Just like you said, keep moving forward.  When you fall, God will be there to help pick you up.... so will I.

I'm proud of you for not giving up or giving into the despair you are feeling.  Hang on Baby, hang on!

Jun. 3, 2008 at 7:03 PM That 15 min theory WORKS !! Baby steps day by day, 15 mins for a while, then before you know it 30 mins, then before you know it 45 mins, etc...... Hang in there before you know it, you'll have 24/7 all to yourself !!!! It is only natural that it would take time. You are human. How is Pup? Drop me a line sometime.

So happy for you!!  One moment at a time will lead to one day at at time...etc.  Finding ways to pick YOU up and make yourself a priority.
