So...last night I thought it was time I confirmed what I completely thought to be true.... I stopped at Sav-on's on my way home and bought two different types of pregnancy test. Hubby was so excited because I've been queasy, sleepy and just feeling very "pregnant".... I walk into the restroom while he sets the table for dinner.... to our surprise.... 'I'M NOT PREGNANT"!!!
Now...let me fill some of you in...We had decided that after our daughters 2nd birthday we would start trying. We thought it happened right away since I had not had my period since the end of March. I have all the symptoms... but the test say it's not true.
I have never skipped my period except for when I found out I was pregnant with my daughter. I started thinking about the past two months and what could have caused for me to stop menstruating?!?!?!?.... Hello!!! That's around the same time my hubby's position was eliminated... I have been very "strong" for the past few months trusting that this is exactly where we should be in life and just trusting that God was leading us in the right direction... During this time I am carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders. I love that my husband has finally been home and a part of our family...but we REALLY needed his income. Luckily for us we have a cushion in savings that could hold us over for a few months...but having to drain that to cover our reg. monthly bills is stressful.
Now... Hubby started a new job on Monday but it's a Temp to Hire position so until I see the Hiring Offer with Medical Insurance...I won't be able to let out a sigh of relief....
That's what's been happening in my life... Faux Pregnancy due to over-stressing... (exhale)...
On a good note: Hubby's second day at work has been going great... I can see how happy he is that he's no longer at home trying to figure out what to do with his days...
