Anyone have a good way to loose post baby weight? My daughter is almost 6 months and I am still struggling! I am walking and doing some weight lifting *mild* and sit ups but I just cant shake the weight! I am not far from what I was before I got pregnant but I find it harder to loose weight now more then ever! I am also strictly nursing and thought that was supposed to help burn calories?? please desperate! I dont wanna result to a quick fix and have it put back on in a few months, and im trying to keep it healthy since im a nursing mom!

low carbs high protein really really does work....must have breakfast, drink water...i'm down 7 lbs since i started last week....breakfast 2 eggs w/ cheese , lunch salad w/ chicken breast, dinner chicken w/ steam veggies...the weight will fall off
