Ok so my daughter, sorry if this offends anyone.  But she is starting to get on my nerves.  She cries and cries and cries and cries...did i mention she cries.    I mean I picked her up from Daycare early today and came home gave her some juice and but her to sleep.  Well then she woke up, I fed her dinner, let her play (cried during playtime), gave her a bath (got a little calm), put on her clothes (she cried) and then her daddy played with her and she was pretty calm then.  Im sorry but she cried from 4-7:30.  She cries in the morning when you put her clothes and lay her down to be changed.  I know she is just starting toddler age, but goodness gracious.  She was working the last nerve.  So I am tired not from the day but from her crying.  Ok I feel better voicing myself.

that is a very natural feelin that can get on your nerves just remember to go to your quiet place even when she she is screaming. block her out for a few minutes as long as she is not sick in harms way just let her cry that is her only way to express her self. and for thoes that say there children don't get on there nerves is proably lying. sounds like you need SOME ME TIME. away from work home kids snd hubby we all could use a break try to find some time for that

Jun. 3, 2008 at 8:27 PM Lol, another nudist baby? Mine was the same way about getting dressed, wanted to be naked ALL THE TIME. As for the crying, maybe she's getting a cold, cutting a tooth, etc. Or maybe it's a phase. She'll grow out of it (mostly) for the meantime, as frustrating as it is to listen to and I know as do ALL moms, it makes you want to go completely bonkers, just remind yourself, it's all she knows how to do to express herself. I know you know that, but it gets hard to remember that in the moment. Once she starts talking, she'll cry a lot less. Remember, sometimes it's better to put her in a safe place (crib/playpen) and step outside for a couple minutes to gather your nerves. Hope tomorrow goes better for you! :D

My DD did/does the same thing!!!! Last summer she went through this phase where she cried literally 6 hours a day. Every day. Day after day. For almost 2 months!!!!! I was getting so angry at the sound of her cry that I eventually had to just put her in her room where she was safe and go downstairs (cleared this decision with the Dr. and he was on my side knowing I would go insane). It also wasn't safe because she would thrash around and was becoming a danger to me, my son, and herself. This got better for a while, but now she's starting up again. And this is all over NOTHING!!!! She'll walk up to her Big Wheel, look at it, and cry. She'll be playing by the swing set and all of the sudden just stand there and cry. Now I am completely immune to her crying. If she cries I never come running because there's a 99% chance it is over nothing and frankly I don't care anymore. My fear is that one day something really will happen and I won't know just because she ALWAYS CRIES!!!!!

Oh, and the kicker....she NEVER does it in front of other people. Only us. So no one believes us when we say she does this.

Jun. 3, 2008 at 11:25 PM Hay my son been a lil crankier lately..... Bad today, but he is teething. I gave him some motrin and it did get better. Maybe he has an earache or something else wrong with him. I know it gets on your nerve but take a breather and good luck.

Well I think my daugter has a ear infection that we have gotten seen 4 times in two weeks and the doctors say she doesn't have an ear infection but yet she keeps playing with her ear.  On top of that she is cutting teeth.  So can you imagine what i am going through.  The crying is still going on too.....rrrrrr
