I am grateful to see that these children have been returned to the parents. CPS's involvment needs to be within the laws stated and they way over stepped them when they without warning and in chaos removed those children from the parents.
Do they need to continue with supervision of what is happening on the ranch with those children? Perhaps -- but they better be VERY careful in how they approach those people. They voilated the rights of parents and children alike and they will NOT be trusted and for good reason.
My prayers are with those families in the coming months and I would hope that some heads roll in what has to be the worst Texas family related incident I have ever seen.
I hope that a result of this whole fiasco that laws are reviewed and redefined so that CPS agents are NOT allowed such freedoms as they have had, and the ability to LIE outright revoked! They face judges every day and are supposed to "in good faith" tell the truth. I have personally witnessed them do otherwise to cover their butts when they make mistakes.
