hello, my youngest moving out and i scared to be alone. i am single mom but i know i have to let him go live his life but why is it so hard. ?? does anyone had hard time too?? please help thanks

i am not an empty nester - yet - but my thoughts are with you. I am sure it is especially hard since you are a single mom. You've had someone there to care for and who depended on you. Now it is up to you to depend on yourself and care for yourself! You can do it! Perhaps volunteering with community children until "the edge" wears off! We are thinking of you!
