My child is the smartest 5 year old EVER! ha ha ha

so yesterday, when i picked her up at school, she handed me a picture that she drew. it was an ice cream cone, drawn in orange crayon. at the bottom of the picture, she had written the word "orange". this suprised me, because at this point, she had only memorized how to write her full name, and her BFF's first name. everything else was "mommy, how do you spell.......". so to see a new word was awsome for me. i asked her how she did that, and she said "i just looked at the teacher's paper and learned it".... ok, so i figured that she saw the word "orange" written down and copied it. but it was still cool cuz she drew with orange crayon and wrote the word "orange". as we are getting into the car, i have the picture rolled up in my hand, and i asked her again "hunny, that was so cool. you really wrote that?" to which she replied "yeah! O-R-A-N-..small pause.. G-E"................... i flipped! she actually memorized the spelling of the word! she spelled it for me without even looking at the word! holy hell batman, i'm so proud of her!
