Hardwick, truly no man's land

I live in Hardwick, and while I absolutely LOVE it here and wouldnt want to be anywhere else I am finding it a bit isolating. For those that do not know, it is at the very south western part of Worcester county, very small and most people have no idea it exists. It is overlooked by most Central Massachusetts papers so rarely do you find out what is happening here. I dont think we are technically part of Western Massachusetts although I personally feel more like we are.

 My point I guess is I want to scream "Is there anyone else out there??"

Jun. 7, 2008 at 11:10 AM I know what you mean. Most people think if you live west of Boston you must live in the Bershire's. We're the forgotten realm of Massachusetts.
