So I finish my water fast and I ate about 5 apple slices, 6 grapes, and a small celery stick with a little peanut butter. I am already feeling great, got my energy back. Since I am not eating flesh foods anymore I have also noticed a change in my body. not so sluggish. Today was just resting since I had very little energy. I did have to go after Mandala(couldn't chase though), she was getting into stuff she wasn't suppose to and of course never listens until I am right there. Goodness. anyways I am getting ready to go eat a little more, but not much.

Jun. 8, 2008 at 10:35 PM Hey you! I'm glad you had success with your water fast but don't over do it! You may have very little energy because your body could be going through starvation mode. It sounds like you need to eat a little more. I always have the best success with energy and weight loss when I eat 6-8 small meals a day. It really boosts your metabolism. Anyway, I'm not trying to tell you what to do, I just want you to be healthy! Good luck!
