Here are my 7 random facts:

1. I am a control freak.
There is nothing worse for me than not being in control of where I am going or how fast I will get there. Hence, I hate roller coasters and big thrill rides. I'd sooner jump from the ride than endure it the whole 3-5 minutes.

2. I am a Disney nut.
There is something Disney in every room of my house. When we first moved in, I painted a Sorcerer Mickey mural on our bathroom wall, and created an entire Sorcerer's Apprentice theme. We are Disney passholders, so we go to the parks a lot. Once, hubby and I went to Epcot just to have dinner. However, even though I've been to Disney World probably 100 times, and have never ridden Space Mountain. (See #1 above.)

3. I didn't want any children until about 3 years ago.
I had a long list of reasons not to have kids, including the fact that you can't just leave them at home with a big bowl of food and go on vacation. After I reached my 30s, though, and after a lot of discussions with hubby, I changed my mind. I am so very glad I did, too! Alyssa is my world!

4. I have had some strange and interesting jobs, including radio producer at a local FM station, and weenie wagon vendor for Pepsi.

5. My car is almost 6 years old, and has only 32000 miles on it.
Hey, I work from home - where am I going to go?!?

6. I'm convinced that the For Sale sign in my front yard is just for decoration.
Bad housing market + upscale neighborhood = not a single call on our house! Ugh! When we put the house up for sale the first time 2 years ago, I was convinced there was an evil demon clown hanging around out front and chasing off all the buyers. Now, I've just resigned myself to waiting for the housing market to come back. (I don't even bother keeping the house spotless anymore!)

7. I have cloven hooves.
My middle toe on each foot stopped growing when I was very little. Since the rest of the foot grew around the toe, my middle toe is on top of my foot and is almost as short as my pinkie toe. I used to be extremely self-conscious about it, but now I'm better about accepting my cloven hooves. I still very rarely wear open-toed shoes, though, and NEVER wear thong flip-flops.

My seven random things.

1. I bite my nails. I've tried for years to stop, but it never happens.

2. I hate living in Delaware. I miss Tennessee with a passion but I love my girlfriend and our son so much that I don't want to leave.

3. I love Lipton Raspberry White Tea. I love it so much that before I got hurt at work I had a six-pack of them in the staff fridge, and since they are still there I can get one whenever I go to visit.

4. I was such a nerd in highschool. Actually, I think that I may still be one.

5. I love singing in the car. I actually do the moves (or make up my own) from the music video while I'm driving.

6. I love watching the Rachel Ray show on ABC. I am even a member on her website. lol

7. I hate getting my picture taken.
