its always been hard for me to lose weight. but when my size 26 jean dont fit after winter i said no more enough . i am not on a diet iam changing my eating habit i eat 60 grams of protein a day no bread no white potatoes,no rice or pasta. lots of vegs, fruits,lean meats,protein shakes when on the go its been 6 weeks i lose 17 pds gone down 2 size iam so happy i feel like doing more with the kids and the house i feel like i have so much engery. i have to keep from checking the scale . i do lot of walking. i feel like new person. but i still have alot to go but iam sure i can do it.

yes its no pasta of any kind,or white potatoes only sweet potatoes no rice white or brown, mainly lean meat lowfat dairy products beans vegs,fruits. only 1200 cal a day. but must have 20 grams protein at each meals help keep you full and give you engery.

Where did you find this diet. I am trying to lose weight too and your diet sounds good. I may have to copy it down. I lost two dress sizes also by working out (taebo, hip hop abs, and walking). I cut back a whole lot as far as my eating habits though but from time to time I cheat. I could have lost way more by now. I need to stay more committed...

i eat 1200 calories a day yogert,cottage cheese,milk, tea.water protein chicken,4% hamburger steak roast etc no bread rice i eat alot of salad though

What .. tell me what you are doing, I will do it too!
No Bread, No Rice, Pasta or WHITE Potatoes (so I could do red skin or yellow?) what about Whole grain Pasta? Or Brown Rice?
Sorry .. I am not trying to be difficult .. GREAT JOB!! 2 sizes, that is a HUGE accomplishment!! WOO HOO for you! I would love to do the same!
