7 Things About Me - I've been tagged!

I know I did one of these a while back, but I'm feeling froggy today :-)

Here's the deal - I was tagged by a friend to do an 'about me' list. Once I finish, I tag 7 more people so I/we can learn more about them. Then, leave a comment for them saying "Tag! :-) " (Is it obvious that I've already forgotten the true, complete instructions for this little game?!) So, here goes:

1 - My 'lucky' number is 13, for two reasons. You have to be a close friend to know those reasons, but I do use and watch for that number in all things daily.

2 - Growing up, I always wanted two kids: a girl who had a big brother. My wish came true!

3 - I feel very strongly that I knew my DH in a past life. He feels the same way. It's weird how many times we'll both realize that "we've done this before" in regards to fights, playing around, going places, etc. This makes us both feel that we have truly found our Soul Mate.

4 - About 2 years ago, I decided to follow the Buddhist path. As with any spiritual journey, I'm still learning, but I feel much more at peace than I ever had before then.

5 - Also for about 2 years now, I've been trying (admittedly not very hard) to lose weight. I'm uncomfortable where I am now, but the upside is that it is coming off very slowly.

6 - Most of my girl-friends are found online. I really would like to get out sometimes and meet women/mamas local to me just for hanging out, either girls only or with our kids/families. I firmly believe that a woman needs other women with whom to commiserate regularly. I reeeeeeeeally need this!

7 - I like to watch and play basketball, baseball, and tennis - play when I can. I loathe football and golf, especially on TV. I don't even consider other 'sports' even mentioned on ESPN.

Soul Mates...such a beautiful thing...especially when you have found yours {again!} 

 

You and I need to work together {somehow} on the loosing thing...I think we are both right at about the same number, and I feel the same as you.  I'm wanting if off, but it just doesn't seem to be going anywhere...of course, I really haven't been trying either!  You think that might be why??  LOL!!
