The Truth About KL

I have been posting with KL for a number of years now. She is a gutsy, fiesty and very smart lady. Do I always agree with her? Heck no! In fact, she and I have butted heads quite a few times over various subjects. Sometimes I really can't fathom where she is coming from on a particular viewpoint and I am sure she feels that way about me.

However, I have great respect for her because she is gutsy, fiesty and smart. In truth, I have never seen her insult anyone who was not insulting to her first. Most of the time KL simply has a strong opinion that the reciever of said opinion does not like or agree with.

I think it is a travesty that KL was deleted from this site. All she ever did was stand up for those who were being insulted by racist, homophobic, or otherwise ignorant comments as well as stand up for children who were being neglected, abused or endangered and for that she was deleted.

Mar. 28, 2007 at 2:52 PM I had a couple run ins with her. I had insulted noone yet she attacked me. That was my experience with her. Ballsy...no. Opinionated...yes. Did she have my respect.....not really. Not after she said what she did to me for voicing my OWN opinion on my OWN journal.

Mar. 28, 2007 at 3:06 PM Penguin I'm guessing you thought she was insulting simply because you did not like her having a different opinion than you do and I have my doubts that you have respect for anyone who differs in opinions from yourself. his seems to be a running theme around here : post an opinion for the public to read and comment on, then get insulted when someone disagrees with it. Another running theme: post a question asking for advice then get insulted when some posts advice you don't want to hear or disagree with.

I am not insulted easily. I just can't see insulting someone to make yourself feel bigger. Have you ever looked around my page hun? Read beofre you type.
