be aware watch this most of it is in the water in bottle water and it doesn't show up in the lable.....my kid was several dehydrated because she drank sooo much bottle water and she got dehydrated from the fluoride we found out she could never quench her thirst they thought she had diabetes until we found out NOw we use Distilled not purified just distilled and no problems it was like what wow to me to see her feel better. we changed toothpaste and floss as well because they had bad effects

I can also remember being one of the students trying to avoid the fluoride, by pretending to put it in my mouth, but the good nurse who administered it, walked around the room looking into all the cups, didn't let it happen. I just didn't like the taste. I had my first cavity at 18, and not another one since.

I checked out that link on her comment and in my area they have increase the flouride levels from 0.36 part per million to 1part per million , and Im wondering why increase it that much ?
