Cheating...

I once heard this....cheating is anything that you do that you would not want your spouse knowing that you are doing.  Wheather you all agree with this or not but I thought is sounds good.  Esp since there is so many different forms of cheating.  I do think there are certain levels of cheating and that if it's a 'low' level and you don't want to end things with your spouse or are sorry for doing it then there is no need to tell anyone.  Why hurt a family or your love if you just got caught up in the moment and kisses someone once?  I have not cheated on my husband since we were married and don't think that my husband has ever cheated either.  Maybe I would feel different if things in my life were different.

Jun. 26, 2008 at 11:58 AM I totally agree with this.  Not everyone does and that's unfortunate and I think that, that's alot of the reason why there are so many divorces in this country..among other reasons of course.

Personally I don't agree w/ this... I have never even cheated on a boyfriend because I have self-control.  Divorce is rampant but there are a lot of reasons for that, and one is the way many people do not take responsibility for their actions; IE getting "caught up in the moment" and kissing someone else knowing that you are a married man or woman.  If you are married and you meet someone and you feel there is some kind of temptation then you should do the right thing and avoid spending any time w/ that person.  My husband would be devastated if I kissed another man, and therefore it is my responsibility not to allow that to happen.  He has the same respect for me.
