I never realized how different the weather really could be depending on what part of the country you are in. (I know DUH, right?) Well, in California you very rarely have thunderstorms. You have a dry season and a wet season. (Most of the time it's the dry season) Which is why California is going to burn off and fall into the ocean. Everyone says it's going to fall off, well, NO it's not, it's going to burn off. In the Midwest you have thunderstorms possible all year round, but, in the spring and summer they are more likely to happen. You just get used to them and you expect them. HERE on the very lovely EAST Coast of our AWESOME country YOU GET LIGHTNING FOR 2O MINUTES STRAIGHT! Are you kidding me? What the heck was that??!?!?!?! My neice arrived yesterday and we were watching a movie until almost 1 a.m. and the LIGHTNING storm was directly above my house. I made her pause the movie so I could check the news to make sure we didn't need to hide in the closet. Nope, it was just a thunderstorm with frequent lightning. It looked like the cops were parked outside my house for 20 minutes straight! That was the strangest thing I have ever experienced. (Weather wise at least)
Comments:
Well, Va really don't get a lot storms like you experienced the other day because it scared me too. I stopped washing dishes and repented ha ha ha! Anyway, Va weather hasn't even started yet. Last year no winter, I know because i was pregnant and the house froze too death because i was hot. My husband hated that part of the pregnancy. Well, welcome to VA ! Your family is beautiful.

Mila Kunis' Weight Gain Is No Cause for Concern
We've been having some strange weather here in SC, indeed. Extreme heat in June, tornadoes, and really dry conditions....I have lived here all my life and haven't seen weather like this until recent years.
