Another shameless promotion of myself....

This year, I have joined the ranks with all the many bloggers out there. Why? Hmmm....

For one, I think that every life has a purpose and a story to tell, so of course I have to tell my side of it. I have always been an avid journal-writer (until my days of motherhood took over) and I have had quite a few wonderful and not-so-wonderful experiences in my short life. Sure, my son may hate me for openly exposing myself to the world and him in the process, but so be it.

Secondly, I think I have a lot of knowledge to share. I've never really shyed away from giving advice or my opinion on matters, so why not make it public? If I can't learn from my own mistakes and trials, maybe someone out there will. There are lines that I will not cross, though. Don't get me wrong, I love to be open about my life with anyone willing to listen, but I do value my marriage greatly and that is the one thing I will not openly discuss. These matters should be kept privately between the two parties involved.

Lastly, I need to vent sometimes and write as though someone was actually there. Call it theraputic if you will. Or, praying to a God that can't help you. I don't know, I just like to feel that a part of myself has been left here on this earth and my unique personality will leave an imprint upon someone's life, somehow, some way. This is my legacy.
