It has been an up hill battle with my DH in regards to a job hunt. I recently got my Associates in Business with the plans have finding a job. I am facing some major hurdles in doing so. First off I have 3 kids and one of the is Autistic.  Out here in the middle of now where I can't find someone willing to provide day care or if they will they charge me almost double. So the best solution would be to work oppisite shifts. My DH could move to 3rd shift but he doesn't want to leave 1st shift. Most places that I can work only offer a normal 9-5 position.

Anyways I have been through 2 interviews with a company and now am being told I have number 3 comming up soon. This is the one where I can be told yes or no to. Its a great job and the pay is good plus it's something that I'm good at. I just don't know if I can get him switch shifts. At the risk of sounding like I'm 2 "It's not fair!!!!" He would get more money to switch shifts plus with my extra income I could bring in we would be better off. I just don't know how to make him see this. He knows the daycare expense. He didn't believe me so I made him call and he was told the same thing. 

Anybody else been in this position? How did you handle it?
