We put in a bid on a house today and the seller has 2 days to respond.  I'm not going to get excited because my excitement has bitten me in the butt three times now.  We've found three that we liked before, only to have them go under contract the day we decided to bid. 

Hopefully not this time.

Good luck!  We're on the other end of the deal..... have a house on the market, and have 4 families with our house on top of their lists, but now we have to wait for the offers to actually come in.

Can't wait to hear if you get the house!
