Help with Birthday Party plans!

I am having a cookout type party for my son and hubby (3 and 40!). For my boy we are doing a curious george themed party. What are some good favor ideas?  I will have about 15 kids there (inviting around 20) so I need something pretty cheap. I might stick with the traditional blow toys and candy but just looking for something maybe a little bit different.
