This is really weird I had my first ob appt. June 18th and when I was driving home all of a sudden I had a pain in my left butt cheek told ya it was weird well ever since then it has been hurting so bad. I can't sit on it I can't sleep on it and it feels like almost a burning and I thought maybe I pulled a muscle but i'm thinking how in the hell did I pull a muscle right in the middle of my butt cheek if anyone has any idea what this could be please let me know . B/c this is very painful and getting on my nerves. Thanks 2 everyone in advance.

It could be your sciatic nerve. Mine gives me fits in my right hip...when it hits it will shoot pain through my lower back, hip, down through my butt cheek.
I have had mine act up before and there are no similarities to the pain. But thanks for the help.
