I would scream...just scream and scream and scream.
I might just sing a few songs, too. I'd wrap it all up, of course, by SAYING "I Love You" to my kids and family, even though I'd still be able to write it.

I would say get me a recorder and I would record words of encouragement to my sons and family.
I would sing a song that i made up to be given to my grandchildren oneday.
I would say Never Ever Give Up! On your Dreams, and Most of Keep Believing, Have Faith, This too will Pass. I would record my self saying " Of Course I Love you, no matter what".
