It's been sometime since I logged onto the site to expand my mind, learn about others, open doors for friendship & get to my journal to write!

  This year has been so amazing & I can hardly believe that we are getting reday to celebrate independence day! This years Independence day with be a much different type of celebration with a new meaning of better health around it.  Isagenix has not only brought our family improved health & relief of medical challenges, accelerated weight loss & financial freedom.  The past 6 weeks I have been able to establish a "workout" routine of 5 days a week.  I am able to get in a 3 mile walk in 30 minutes each day as well as 30 minutes of strength training.  This is such an incredible thing for me! For the first time in 10 years, my health challenges do not Rule me & I am able to take ownership of my body!   I love that I have enough energy to get through a day without a nap! I LOVE that I can now get 7 hours of sleep each night & STILL be able to function! After 15 years of needing 12-16 hours of sleep a night + a nap during the day!

  I am in a size 4 and weight 115.  I am sculpting muscles each day & able to provide quality Organic nutrition for my entire family & friends. 

My husband & I have been able to share all of these benefits & more with over 60 people now & are so excited to be able to see all of them receive such personal success!

Sunday we leave for Ocean City MD.  This will be a week long family vacation.  The first in over 7 years because we can FINALLY afford to go for a week! You don't know what that means for us after years of medical bill battles & financial struggles of over $60K in CC debt!!

I will sit on the beach & WON'T need to constantly remind myself that life is so rewarding because I am there and have experienced the best 6 months I could to be able to get there & say that Life can be so rewarding!
