UGH...my luck just keeps getting worse.

Yesterday my bro showed up a day early.  We went over to my dads to see him.  Good thing we did.  While we were there my dad got dizzy and passed out.  We talked him into going to ER, as this has happen several times before and he has had heart problems.

We go in and at first they can't find anything saying they don't know whats going on.  Well then he tells the nurse about how he's been having a problem with his ear and no one can figure that either.  She tells the doctor who comes back in and asks more about his ear problems.  He has been on 8 rounds of anti-biotics since Jan for it.  he can now barely hear out of it.

Anyway doc schedules a MRI but tells us that his family doc will call with the results in approx 48-72 hours.  We left there at 3...dad went ahead and went to work.  At 5 we get a call that dad need to doc call first thing this morn.  Well office opens at 8 am so he was up at 7 waiting to call.  At 7.30 the doctor calls him! 

He has a tumor behind his ear towards his neck.  Approx. 1 1/2 inches in diameter.  Right now they think its benign.  He goes to the ONLY doctor in Nebraska (who happens to be an hour from here) who will do the surgery.  He goes there the 17th then they will schedule surgery.  He will be off work 4 weeks min.

I'm freaking out, I want to ball my eyes out BUT I'm always the strong one of the group.  I support mom who is basically hysterical at this point.  My bro is freaking out cause he can't get back up for the surgery.  QJ is a whole diff story.  He's had off and on migraines for 3 days so he's in bed.  I have all 5 kids here, and I'm just lost.  Completely lost.
