So I do think that mom's in general deserve a holiday, but we already have one, it is called Mother's Day. Being a SAHM is no harder than the crazy schedules we working mom's have to keep.
I will say, I have NO pity what so ever to the SAHM whose only children are in school. I have heard many SAHMs who have kids in high school who are still complaining that their lives are so hard. GIVE ME A BREAK, you have 8 hours alone in your house to do whatever, these mothers have it made and do not live in the real world.
So for summary, those SAHM who have small children and those mothers who work hard CONSTANTLY without any break all deserve recognition for hard work, BUT those who sit at home for 8 hours with nothing to do - GET A LIFE!!!!

A Boy with Autonomic Dysfunction - The Miller Family
Our Special Life
Oliver was born after having suffered a stroke while in his mother's womb. The resulting brain injury is called Dysautonomia (Autonomic Dysfunction). His doctors believe the stroke was the result of the miscarriage of his twin. Oliver is completely blind and his underdeveloped brain stem makes basic physical functions a challenge. In spite of all this, he is a happy, go-lucky, 12-year-old boy, and his mom wants people to meet the real Oliver, not just his medical hardships.
