so i had a bad infection come up all of a sudden with a tooth that i've been putting off pulling. i go to the dentist to get some antibiotics til i can get an appointment but they decided that the infection needed drained immediately..................
they took the xray and then told me that the tooth can be saved via root canal. they ask if i still want to pull it that they can do it right now if i do. WELL, my thinking is that if it can be saved then why pull it BUT i can't afford a root canal right now plus he doesn't have the time to do it cuz i just walked in and asked for antibiotics so the dentist suggests that he just drill thru the root and drain the infection and put in a temproary filling. i agree cuz i can't make up my mind to pull the tooth or save it.
I'm suppose to go in next week and have the work finished BUT here's my dilema........the tooth (actually there are 2 right next to each other that are problematic) isn't in front or back it's kinda on the side......which should i do........root canal or yank them and get a partial????????????????
after hearing others stories i am leaning toward a partial, ijdk.
a friend of mine suggested carecredit.com to help with the bill so i looked it up and my dentist accepts it but the website warns that not all offices accept all payment plans and i have to talk with the office to find out if they will accept a payment plan i can handle..........has anyone got any experience with this credit card at all they can share with me?
I have no one i can ask about this.
