I am looking for an authentic recipe for my favorite Mexican dish....huevos rancheros. If anyone could help me out, I would really appreciate it. It's getting too costly to go out to my fav restaurant anymore.  I want them all the time!

Also....silly question....the warm tortillas they give you with huevos rancheros, are you supposed to put the eggs and stuff IN them, or use them to dip in the eggs? I always dip them in my eggs. Just wondering.
