I don't know if you could classify this as a quote or a saying, but it's definitely my favorite!
"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."
It gives me hope that even though things are so frustrating and messed up at this very moment, when all is said and done, everything will be ok. It's encouraging to think that when it looks like it will never get better, there's still hope that it will. It's so cliche, but I love it.

My favorite quote is, "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing" spoken by Edmund Burke.
It's my favorite because there are so many instances in everyday life when normal people like you and me can make a difference. It reminds me I can make the world a better place.
