Ever since I last complain of my ex things have been getting better. I decided that I am not married to him anymore so I dont have to nag him to take care of his daughter. He is a big boy and he knows what will happen if he doesnt.

I am helping her email him. Things have been going well. She emails him and within a day he emails her back. He even bought her a water toy that she wanted. I do have to encourage her to talk and email him. She doesnt seem to want to do it. I am not sure why. I dont force her but I talk her into doing it.

So I think things are working. I keep my opinion to myself and let him be a good father or a deadbeat. Either way I am here being her mother. I am ready to pick up the pieces. My daughter knows that.
