my blessings and...tragedies this week... what are yours?

tragedies  and blessings are what  life  is made off.  some are huge some are not. Thankfully nothing humongous bad  has  happend  this week, except  the pay check being @ 300 less than  it needed to be.  The collection people calling  this week about medical bills  and unwilling to take what i can offer. one who already took 1/2 hubbys paycheck for june.Everyday they call no matter how many times i tell them what i can do and cant do. Wondering  how to pay  rent an  still have money for 2 week to live. children having stepped on my charge cord for laptop pulled out the little metal piece  which it goes around. :(   going to cost to have fixed....

there  are blessings of having home,car and usually able to make payments. healthy family. i am sure i can think of more but i am sleepy.

sometimes it's hard to find the blessings when it seems like so much is going wrong.

i haven't really had an eventful week. just always thinking about debt, debt, debt, and how i'm going to get out of it. we're able to pay our bills (for now!), but everytime it seems like we make a little dent in our debt, something else comes up to offset it. we got our tax return and stimulus check a few weeks ago,and actually paid off a high interest credit card, and then i had to take my car in for service, and it cost me a little over $2000.....almost the exact amount i had just paid off.  so, i'm back where i started. then i think about having another baby, and sometimes i think i'm crazy for even attempting it....the way things are economically now. but, it's something i really feel strongly i must do.

so, i just try to go along with the ebb and flow of life.....and hope it all works out in the end. keep looking for the silver linings, mama.....

Jul. 9, 2008 at 12:37 AM Hang in there! I laughed a little cuz sometimes we don't even make 300 a week.  But i do feel your pain. Financial worries are the worse. Thanks for sharing it's nice to know i'm not alone out here.
