dont know what to do

Okay I am a stay at home who wants to go back to school to finish college but hubby told me i could do it then changes his mind. which i dont understand because i asked if i could do this he said yes. So i start the admissions process so i postponed it. but we have had a couple of aruments about this I want to do it and the only way hubby said i could do it is if i get a part-time job. but i have tried to find a job and no luck. I feel like i am keeping my pent of feelings inside and it is tearing me apart where i am just going to blow up at my husband. I dont know what to do. Any suggestions?
