What age did you lose your virginity?

I did this poll 7 months ago and there was a huge response.  I know that there are so many new members here or members that missed the last poll. 

Your vote will be annoymous. 

Do you think girls are having sex at a younger age now then we did or do you think they are waiting?  Do you regret the age that you were when you had sex for the first time?  The poll is what age did you lose your viginity, but feel free to leave any comments.

Jul. 8, 2008 at 9:28 PM I put down when I willingly lost my virginity (14).  I had actually lost it about 2 years prior.  I don't know if teens are having sex at a younger age these days.  I mean I was really young as were some of my friends.  Though there were some friends that I had who were still virgins when we graduated high school.  *shrugs*  I think it's actually about the same...it's just that the media is more aware so parents are more aware.

Jul. 8, 2008 at 9:28 PM I did not lose my virginity willingly!  This is one reason why I'm sooo strict with my daughter.  She has NEVER spent the night away from home.  I don't trust anybody!  Not even my own family.  Isn't that sad?

Jul. 8, 2008 at 9:34 PM It is sad and this is exactly why I'm doing the poll again.  There are so many similiar stories out there and it can help to read others.  You sound like a great Mom and your daughter may not  understand now, but she will.
