I'd definately love to relive the day my daughter was born... I keep saying that I'd love to give birth again, exactly the same way I gave birth to my daughter, I just don't want another child to take care of!

That was the most amazing experience I've ever had... the most natural high and the most intense and profound emotions I've ever felt during the labor, birth and afterward experiencing her!

That is why my passion is help encourage, educate and support women who want to explore the options and diversity of a natural birth. It can be such a unique and fun experience and it doesn't have to be stressful, painful, exhausting or damaging, physically or mentally. It can be quite the opposite and there are so many resources and so many ways to go about creating the birth that is what you want. Of course it is an adventure anyway, you can lay down the foundation of what you want... but within those parameters you will get the experience that you couldn't have imagined, but what was your path to take... for me, I imagined a really amazing, fun birth... and it was, but I didn't imagine it would be as great as it was... that is why I'd love to relive this day... to cherish and experience the unexpected lovely moments that happened so fast one after the other...

Jul. 10, 2008 at 6:28 PM Have you considered being a labor support person or a doula...or even a midwife or certified nurse midwife. Women need more professionals like you. My first birth and prenatal care was horrible. My VBAC birth was nice but not perfect ( I labored from Friday-Tuesday!!!). My 3rd birth was horrible. I wish I would have had a 2nd opinion, they really pushed the dead baby card. My baby was fine and I wish I didn't have a c-section. I am expecting again and going to the only practice I know to have done VB2C before. Although I am not counting on it.

Yes, I am training to be a doula... I'd like to become a midwife after my daughter's a lot older... how far along are you... I'm sure you can find the options you're looking for, don't settle if you're not satisfied.
