ROOMMATE(S) SEARCH

I know that this is far in advance but, the ways things are going, we need to know if this is a possibility ASAP. We would like to find a small family (<4) that would be willing to join with our own {me(24y), my husband(27y),and our daughter(16m)} in a 1 or 2 year lease agreement. We are searching for a(n) house, apartment, duplex, or town home in the Altamonte Springs Area (Altamonte Springs, Maintland, Winter Park, etc…).

RENT will be split by the number of bedrooms each family occupies. It can range anywhere from $400 to $750 a month.

UTILITIES will be split evenly among adults in the household.

WASHER/DRIER will already be included in the home or it will be rented. (unless of course you have your own). If rented, the bill will be split evenly among all adults in the household.

CABLE/INTERNET: We will have basic cable and internet services. If you would like to upgrade services that must be discussed among the household. The bill will be divided evenly among all adults in the household.

FOOD/GROCERIES: We are open to either maintaining separate groceries or sharing them.

PETS are welcome, though you will be responsible to your own pet deposits/fees. If a pet destroys someone else’s property in the household the owner must pay for or replace the item(s) that were destroyed.

NO SMOOKING ALLOWED IN THE HOME!

Our lease expires in February 2009. That gives us just over 6 months.  If you are interested, please respond back ASAP so we can get a feel for each other as potential roommates. We would also like you, and your family, to be able to join in with the home search so we can be sure to find a place that will work good for everyone.
