And you thought from that title that I would actually be exercising on it didn't you....WRONG!  I will stick with my Wii Fit for that thank you.

Okay, so day #1 using the exercise ball as a chair.  The subject came up on MT Moms (gee could I plug my Second Wives group too, we'll see) about posture and one of the moms said she uses one for an office chair and it works great for her and another said she has seen an actual chair frame they sit in.

So, in my usual fashion I headed to the Internet to research.  I found a lot of very interesting looking contraptions, and even one I considered buying.   But, in my UNusual fashion I decided a $10 ball from WalMart might be best to try first.

I have to say that so far so good.  I am a fidgeter so I am always getting up out of my chair to move, which means, yep, I'm not typing!  When I sit on the ball I can be constantly in motion if I choose to!  So, I'm thinking a chair base might not be so cool after all as I would not be able to wiggle around at all.  So we will have to think on that a little more.

Note:  I decided after a few hours to go back to my chair just to see the difference, shoulders started hurting after 5 minutes.   Will update more tomorrow!
